Nidhi has over 16 years of experience in the consulting and development sectors, specializing in policy, reforms, regulatory oversight, program management, performance improvement, digitalization, modernization, RE integration, and energy transition. Her clients include governments, public and private utilities, unilateral and multilateral donor agencies, C&I consumers, etc., in India and the South Asian region.
Formerly Vice President at Accenture in its Indian Practice, Nidhi led initiatives in the energy sector, focusing on strategy, consulting, renewable integration, decarbonization, DER mapping, visualization, DSM response measurement, smart metering, and promotion of digital interventions through policy and regulatory measures.
Before Accenture, she headed the Energy Utilities practice at Research Triangle Institute (RTI) in India, managing large projects with a P&L exceeding USD 50 million. With 8 years at PwC India and 3 at TERI, Nidhi excelled in client and program management, business development, and revenue management. She played a key role in building and managing high-performing teams in the energy sector, overseeing training, capacity building, and growth of internal and external stakeholders.
Nidhi, holds a master’s degree in business economics and a bachelor's in commerce from Delhi University, is also a published author with works like "Pricing of Urban Water Supply, Environment and Urbanization – Asia" for SAGE Journal & Publications.
